With over 15 years of specialized training, I bring sustainable, preventative healthcare to Saratoga Springs through highly customized massage therapy. Sessions blend craniosacral, myofascial, and lymphatic techniques — targeted work that supports better sleep and lasting relief, not just temporary comfort. Every treatment is tailored to your body's needs and goals, in a space designed for healing to unfold gradually and reliably.
My approach is friendly, professional, and focused on long-term wellness — prevention as much as recovery. Thoughtful assessment, an individualized plan, and follow-up guidance help you stay balanced between sessions. Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing chronic tension, or simply craving deeper rest, expect compassionate care that adapts as you do.

You can reach me anytime via our contact page or email. I aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

I aim to gently soften the body's protective response by easing into the surrounding tissues with techniques designed to create a warm, melty, tingly sensation — what's known as thixotropy. Working with my hands, forearms, and, when appropriate, elbows, I encourage myofascial release, allowing tight layers to become more pliable so I can safely and effectively address tender areas. My approach is slow, responsive, and guided by your comfort, easing holding patterns and restoring easier, freer movement.

Parking can be found on Broadway or in the Phila Street parking garage.
Broadway (street parking) — metered spaces and short-term spots; check signage for time limits.
Alternative: Phila Street parking garage — covered, all-day parking available; convenient for longer visits.
Both options have accessible parking; garage has elevator access to street level.
Metered rates on Broadway vary by time of day; garage uses standard hourly/daily rates.
Allow extra time for peak hours and events; bring change or a card for meters; note garage entry/exit hours.
